Richard Hundhausen is the founder of the Idaho Delphi and the Boise Visual Developers User Group (now the Boise Software Developer's Group) . He has been a technical editor and has collaborated on numerous .NET developer study guides for Wiley Gearhead Press, Pinnacle Publishing and New Riders. He has been working in IT for about 20 years, the last 10 as an independent consultant.

Richard is currently a Microsoft Regional Director. He has been the Key Note Speaker and trainer for Microsoft Corp. He presented a series of of Windows 2003 Server and .NET 1.1 training seminars for Microsoft Asia. He has also presented Visual Studio .NET and the .NET architecture to academic audiences in Cambridge, MA (MIT, Harvard, and Boston University) and Houston, TX (Rice, University of Houston, University of Texas, Texas A&M).

His client list includes Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Northern New Jersey, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina, CIGNA, Prudential Insurance Company and New York Life Insurance Company. Scott's experience in the IT industry has stemmed from developing solutions from a vendor neutral stance, thereby providing the best possible technology result. Tom has 30 years experience directing, application development, architecture, design, project management.  Training delivered to thousands of students in bootcamp, immersion, custom and traditional formats, in academic, corporate and government markets, globally, in all industries.

Steven Borg, Microsoft Certified Trainer, MCSD.NET
Steve has over 14 years of experience creating technical solutions to a variety of civilian and military problems. He has been the primary .NET Solution presenter for Microsoft Academic at MIT, Harvard, University of Houston and several other noted institutes of higher education throughout the United States. Steve has been requested by different courseware development teams at Microsoft to teach the Beta versions of their new courseware. Steve has taught both Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) 2310 ? Introduction to ASP.NET, and MOC 2609 ?Introduction to Programming with C# to both students and the instructional designers. His recommendations has resulted in numerous changes to improve both Microsoft official curriculums. Steve has also taught the world-wide T-Prep of both .NET courses.

Mark Russell - SQL 2005 Trainer (MCT, MCDBA, MCSD.NET, MCSE Security, CEH, Security+)
Mark Russell has over twenty years total networking and programming experience with a current focus enterprise database development and training using Microsoft SQL Server tools and technologies. Mark is a Certified Technical Trainer. He has taught over 500 Desktop Applications classes and over 500 Technical classes. Mark has completed Microsoft approved Train-the Trainer Program. He was named Instructor of the Year in 1999 with New Horizons . As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Mark has maintained an overall class (Instructor score) average of 9.62 on a 10 scale.

Linda Harris is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Database Administrator and a System and Application Developer.  Linda has over 10 years experience as a Database Administrator and programmer.  She has mastered and taught several courses utilizing Microsoft's SQL Server tools and technologies.  In addition to her specialty in teaching all aspects of Database Programming, she has also taught a number of Microsoft Windows BackOffice courses.
